Pop-In to our Downtown Pop-Up

November 11, 2020 08:00 AM

Common Bond is thrilled to jumpstart its presence in Downtown Houston by opening a Common Bond Pop-Up. The grab n’ go concept will open in the yet to come Common Bond Brasserie & Bakery location.

"Downtown is the heartbeat of Houston. It's where commerce, business, and prosperity started for our amazing city," says George Joseph, CEO of Common Bond. "While we are opening the location differently from originally planned, the pandemic has taught us all to be adaptable. We are excited to begin connecting with the Downtown community."

The highly anticipated Brasserie will be the brand's first full-service dining experience that will be fully realized in early 2021. The Brasserie will share the space with its popular Bakery.

Common Bond Brasserie & Bakery is located at 800 Capitol Street, on the corner of Milam and Rusk above Understory on the street level of the Bank of America Tower. The new location is 4,896 square feet and offers a spacious outdoor patio. The space was designed by Lisa Pope Westerman and Brinn Miracle of LUCID Collective and built by Forney Construction.

In addition to coffee, pastries, and desserts, the Pop-Up menu will feature a curated selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches from its Bistro menu. Downtowners can also order box lunches for their workplace by visiting www.commonbondbistro.com.

The Common Bond Pop-Up opens on Monday, November 9, 2020. The Pop-Up will be open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 2 pm until 2021. For more information, please visit www.commonbondbistro.com.
